Why Natural Materials Matter
We are not robots, but people who appreciate the quality of living in bio-positive housing. Every detail has its resonance, and nature creates peace and comfort by its very design. We use natural clothing because it breathes and lives with us. Similarly, we deserve to live in quality homes that care for our health and convenience.
Straw and hemp are materials that always care for our comfort and well-being. They maintain a natural microclimate and promote the health of residents. Modern technologies make it possible to create the warmest passive houses using natural materials that nature gives us for our comfort and prosperity.
This is not just construction — it's a return to European values that respect life, nature, and the future. Eco is the path to harmony with the environment, prosperity, and genuine life comfort.

Manufacturing Process
All panels are manufactured according to the project drawings. The production process begins with the procurement of high-quality raw materials: timber and baled straw.
For the production of the panels:
  • Timber of the 1st grade, coniferous species, is used. The wood undergoes BIO fire protection treatment.
  • Straw is checked for moisture content and the absence of mold and field plant impurities.
The straw pressing process is carried out with a pressure of 12 tons. The use of internal jumpers (spacers/diaphragms) allows for the achievement of uniform pressing and precise panel geometry.
The panels are covered on the top and bottom with moisture-resistant plywood caps (covers). The panels are assembled using structural screws, which makes them highly durable and reliable elements of the future house.
Why Straw Panels are Technologically Relevant and Beneficial
Straw panels are highly relevant today due to their superior sustainability profile compared to conventional building materials.
Technologically, these panels offer exceptional thermal performance, significantly reducing heating and cooling demands in modern buildings.
Their dense, compressed straw core provides excellent acoustic insulation, creating quiet and comfortable interior environments for occupants.
As a natural and breathable material, straw helps regulate indoor humidity, which contributes to healthier air quality and reduces allergy risks.
The use of agricultural waste, like straw, diverts material from landfills and reduces the construction industry's carbon footprint.
Modern manufacturing techniques ensure precise geometry and high structural stability, making them fast and reliable to install on-site.
Despite being a natural fiber, compressed straw panels offer excellent fire resistance, often outperforming standard wood-frame construction when properly plastered.
The lightweight yet robust nature of the prefabricated panels speeds up the construction timeline, lowering overall labor costs for builders.
Economically, straw is a locally sourced, inexpensive, and rapidly renewable resource, contributing to greater cost stability in construction.
By choosing straw panel construction, individuals invest in a durable, long-lasting home that promotes energy independence and ecological responsibility.
Thermal Properties
Straw panels offer exceptional thermal properties, which are a key advantage ensuring high energy efficiency for buildings.

Design Process: From Concept to Reality
Energy-efficient eco-homes are designed according to the principles of solar architecture. During design, we consider climatic conditions, site topography, sun movement and daylight duration, window size and placement. Designing according to these principles allows us to create buildings that efficiently use solar energy, reduce heating and air conditioning costs, and fill interior spaces with natural light.

Energy Efficiency
Eco-homes with innovative insulation materials significantly reduce energy consumption for heating and cooling, saving costs and reducing CO2 emissions
Healthy Microclimate
Natural materials like straw panels breathe, regulate humidity, and don't emit toxins, creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents
Durability and Strength
Eco-technologies are often based on proven natural solutions that are long-lasting and easily renewable
Additional Benefits of Natural Building
Waste Reduction
Use of ecological materials and construction technologies minimizes waste and enables resource reuse
Positive Health Impact
Absence of harmful chemicals in materials reduces the risk of allergies, asthma, and other diseases
Local Economy Support
Eco-construction encourages use of local materials and engagement of local producers
"We make our life's mission creating the best. This is not just construction — it's a return to European values that respect life, nature, and the future."
Natural Materials in Construction
Almost any construction project can be successfully realized using natural and renewable materials.
Modern sustainable architecture heavily relies on materials like timber, hemp, straw, and clay for structural integrity and finishes.
These natural resources offer significant environmental benefits, including low embodied energy and carbon sequestration.
Utilizing natural materials often results in healthier indoor environments due to better air quality and moisture regulation.
Therefore, building with natural materials is a viable and increasingly preferred choice for future-proof, eco-friendly structures.
